Price Increases Q1 2006
Skyrocketing energy costs coupled with essential chemical allocation have triggered a series of price increases the roofing industry must brace itself for. These increases are real and necessary and will occur, they are as follows.
| Products Affected | Price Increase Date | Amount |
| Bitumar Bulk and Solid Asphalt | Jan. 2, 2006 | 8% |
| | Feb. 1, 2006 | 8% |
| Bakor Products | Jan. 2, 2006 | 6–8% |
| Louiseville Fiberboard Products | Feb. 1, 2006 | 10% |
| Firestone Membranes | Feb. 1, 2006 | 8% |
| Firestone Accessories | Feb. 1, 2006 | 5-20% |
Everest Supply is committed to working with you through these series of price increases and we recommend you continue regular communication on all upcoming projects for current pricing information. It is further anticipated that demand will spike sharply up for certain materials once the rebuilding efforts in the Southern US States hits full stride and certain essential chemical production remains in short supply.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters, do not hesitate to contact the undersigned should you have any questions.
