Launched in early 2004, the Everest Building Envelope Division has very quickly established itself as one of the market leaders. Key product lines include:

• An exclusive distribution agreement with the BASF Corporation for the sale and marketing of Walltite and EnerTite sprayed polyurethane foam wall systems. Distinctive in its finished colour of blue, Walltite polyurethane foam has become a favourite with many building designers and contractors for use either as an insulation system or as an air barrier/insulation system.
• An exclusive distribution agreement with ZeroDraft air leakage control products for both residential and commercial markets. The ZeroDraft portfolio of air leakage control products include polyurethane foam sealants, commercial grade weather stripping and gaskets as well as a number of specialized air sealing and testing products.
• A manufacturing agreement with Zero-Loc Insulated Panels and Doors for the production of Izolon expanded polystyrene products for both residential and commercial applications. Expanded polystyrene is the world's most common insulating material with a host of end uses. Izolon EPS products are used as commercial roof and wall insulations, in Exterior Insulated Finishing Systems (EIFS), residential sheathing, tapered roof insulation and a variety of other end uses.
• Other innovative building envelope solution products such as Dura-Seal Wall Sheathing, Situra Redline Expansion Joint Membranes and Portable Pipe Hanger Zero Penetration pipe and duct supports are also included under the Building Envelope umbrella.

The Building Envelope Division is ably headed up by Tom Griggs. Tom conducts extensive architectural information sessions, arranges plant tours and contractor training events and liaises with all regulatory agencies and industry associations.
