Everest EverSlope Division

Everest EverSlope Division Most building codes in Canada as well as most roofing membrane manufacturers require that any building roof shall drain within 48 hours of a rain event. Thus, existing roofs that were constructed dead flat and new construction projects requiring compound slopes need drainage provided by tapering or sloping the insulation panels. The EverSlope Division of Everest Supply is modelled after our provincial partner in Quebec, Fransyl Ltee. who has been operating a tapered insulation division called IPM since 1994. IPM is the acknowledged market leader in Quebec for tapered insulation and has supplied many high profile projects such as the Bell Centre, the Montreal Casino and the Kenworth Paccar Truck Plant to name a few.

Everest EverSlope Division Roof plans and specifications are sent to EverSlope either electronically or by hard copy. The project is then taken off for size and dimensions and a tapered insulation system is designed by the EverSlope Project Coordinator using the latest Taper Plus software. A project quotation is then prepared for the roofing contractor and upon successful award, shop drawings are then sent to the project authority for approval. Once the shop drawings have been approved, the project is set up for fabrication to meet the installation schedule. Shop drawings denote roof areas alphanumerically and each shipping unit is labelled by roof area, piece and piece count. Laminated shop drawings are sent with each shipment to facilitate ease of installation. On site technical support is available at all times.

EverSlope sells all popular tapered insulation products including polyiso, fibreboard, expanded and extruded polystyrene and common items such as sumps and back slope are kept in stock. Tapered insulation panels are fabricated using the most advanced equipment in the industry to exacting tolerances. Crickets are factory assembled before cutting to ensure easy installation on the rooftop.

EverSlope tapered insulation systems have been installed on such high profile projects as the Pearson Airport Hammerhead and Pier F in Mississauga, the Bruce Power Head Office in Tiverton, the City of Hamilton MRTC Facility and the General Mills Head Office Building in Mississauga to name a few.

Marjorie Santamaria, the EverSlope Project Leader is a graduate of Humber College with a Diploma of Architecture Technologist and has extensive experience in the tapered insulation process. Very capably assisting Marjorie are Catherine Jarzmik, a Humber College graduate in Interior Design and University of Western Ontario Honours graduate in Media Studies and Zack Korzen, a co-op student at Humber College in the process of obtaining a Diploma of Architecture Technologist.
